My first real pillowcase dress. Yes, I've made many of this style of dress before, but never from a real pillowcase. Pretty funny considering how many old floral pillowcases I own. I think I had to hoard them for a while before I was ready to part with them. Silly, really. I actually made two of them, one for Ava and another as a gift, but I gave the gift away without taking a picture. You can bet that she'll have many more.
Probably out of some of these. After using up two of my pillowcases, I couldn't help but make a thrift store stop to search for more. Lucky me, I found three. Won't that middle one be adorable? Nope, Ava won't be hurting for clothes any time soon.
