I'm not usually one for holiday decorating, but for some reason I'm feeling it this year. Not oodles of decorations, just a bit of pink & red here and there. It all started when I came across the felt heart garland in my sewing room (while searching for that stupid pattern!!). Sure, that would be nice on the mantle.
Then I read that next month is pillow month at Sew, Mama, Sew!. Yes, a pillow would be nice. And with all my thoughts on making some jersey dresses, why not make a jersey pillow cover? I got busy on a stencil and now I'm on to the stitching. A perfect activity while I'm home with a sick little one. Okay now, back to stitching - I want this done in time to enjoy it!
