​Whether abstract or representational I love creating art in quilt form. A needle and thread are my instruments to bring fabric to life.

As a busy mom with an insatiable desire to create, I need an outlet that is portable and not messy - art quilts are the perfect fit. You’ll often find me sewing on the sidelines of my kids’ sporting events or while sitting in the pick-up line. The action of moving needle and thread through fabric grounds me and helps me process the world around me.

​My inspiration comes from everywhere, I never know what will spark an interest. A big part of my process is figuring out if I can interpret an image or idea into fabric. When I start the journey I never know where it will take me.
